I just had a terrific experience with Urbana Dryer Vent Cleaning! I was calling to book an appointment and they happened to have a cancellation today ….perfect for me! On the phone, they explained the visit, who would be doing my cleaning and what would be included, along with pricing depending on what they found. We set a time and I received texts in advance of the rep’s arrival. Don was friendly, on time, a great communicator about things as the cleaning progressed, answered all my questions and was happy to show me anything as I requested. As many have said, this company is a keeper! Highly recommend!
